What a simple ad with no special tricks and clear statement.
It's very simple but they can touch my heart.

There are many people who want peace in this world. I am one of those, too.
When we think of peace, we think something tremendous.
However, peace is much closer than you think.
Don’t you want to participate in the dialogue of peace?
Adot says, "Although individuals have no power, if they are united together as one, they can bring themselves to world peace with a greater force".
If we don’t speak out, nothing happens. It is words that have the power to change our or some one else’s life, and even the world. Otherwise, when we just think about peace with no speaking out, this world does not change at all.
Why don’t we speak out loudly with courage?
Our language also can end the war and create the world of peace we long for.

The 2014 World Cup in Brazil; the world festival for the World Peace

  The 2014 World Cup in Brazil, the largest sport festival in the world, was opened on June 13. This world cup will be played in 12 cities such as Sao Paulo, Curitiba, etc until Juy 14. Its slogan of All in one rhythm stamps Brazil on the country of Samba.  Korea in a group- H will play against Belgium, Russia, Algeria and challenge the top 16. Brazil taking third in FIFA Ranking aims to win playing against Mexico, Cameroon, Croatia in a group- A. Though Brazil have been considered the worst public security in the world from before opening, about 600,000 visitors from all over the world have visited Brazil to enjoy 2014 World Cup.

 

Korean national soccer team has been to qualified for the World Cup in 8 breaks and created the legend of reaching the semifinals at 2002 World Cup. And they advanced the first top 16 in an away match in 2010 South Africa World Cup. This time, the goal of Korean national soccer team is advancing to the quarterfinals first in an away match.

I hope them achieve their goal.    

 

This World Cup will be not only an international soccer competition but also World Festival that realizes the harmony and peace of human beings and transcends nationality, nation, race, language. In the Ivory Coast, Africa losing tens of thousands of lives because of the civil wars, the ardent appeal of a player attending last 2006 World Cup worked marvels that stopping gunshots during that period. After that, a peace treaty was concluded ended the civil war fully, which showed World Cup could contribute to achieve national World Peace and unity.

     

Sports are not wars. Therefore playing pair is much more important than winning.

Though the national soccer players have trained to win in matches, they have to redound to national honor as a member of the national team

  

Now the whole people must have a role of 24th player. We have give our players power and courage with cheering up hard and loud applause. In last 2002 World Cup, we surprised the world with the Korean reserve of force. The reserve of force is the national unity and the power of unity.

       

The disaster of passenger ship caused sadness for our entire country, so an excessive passion about World Cup may be going to create a conflict. It is for us to forger the sadness but to remember and overcome the sadness, also, it is not to cover but to hear and sublimate our sad emotion to our strong power.

   

I hope this 2014 world cup will be a place for festival that the whole nation is united in rooting for the national team. and I also hope it will be that all of us will be able to overcome frustration and loss and revive depression Korean with embers of hope.

What would the image of Korea be for the people from abroad?

 

Would the people who are in Japan, China, Rusia, and the other countries opposite side of Korea be interested in it?
  

In the past, Korean used to be remembered for some of its dishes like Kimchi, Bibimbap and Bulgogi. And now, with the wind of Korean wave, it began to be remembered for celebrities, i-dol, K-pop, dramas, and etc.

 

On the other hand, its image is not always nice because it has been divided into two parts historically. It is remained as the only one county which has not yet unified in the world. 

 

In case of breaking out the war, both sides of Korea spend lots of money every year and have people join the armies to prepare for it. 

 

Korea is, unfortunately, a divided nation and in the condition of an armistice.

 

That is a Korea's sad image. However, I expect to blow new wind after overcoming this pain. 

 

New wind is blowing with news and articles from different countries around the world. It is about the news of Manhee Lee, a peace activist. 

 

A man who is standing as a prime mover for the peace agreement, he is a Korean, called Manhee Lee.

He has been traveled lots of countries to meet presidents, politicions, reporters and religious leaders to bring peace in the world. Many of them agreed his idea and decided to work with him by signing the witten agreement of peace.

Recently, he visited Guatemala and had an opportunity to lay a white rose on the Palm of Peace! That was a great honor in the country and actually he was the second person who did it from Korea after UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Also, he received the letter of appreciation from the government of Guatemala.

How could he do such a nice work that anyone has never done before?

He is saying this peace work is not just his idea but God's. So he says those successful results are not his but God's.

What would that mean?
I thought of what he mentioned over and over to understand and became to know his point. If there is God, he must long to have peace in the world. That would be God's wish and disire who created the world.

Interestingly, his name means  the full of light. Can he bring the real light to the world? I hope so. 

 

I hope that the wind of peace from overseas blows to my country, Korea, so that we can end war, and live in peaceful Korea.

The winter games in Sochi, Russia & The hatmony and peace in Mindanao island, Philipines.

The winter games in Sochi's slogan really touched my heart. "Hot, Cool, Yours"

When Russia was communist country, the winter games in Moscow was held, so it was concerned a lot. But Korea and 67 countries were absent for pretesting Afghanistan attack of the Soviet Union.

After 36 years, the winter games in Sochi was meaningful for Russian and world people.

Russia liquidated the past when Russia made incessant war on their neighbors because of the different ideology and many countries were absent, it was the Olympic to come new harmony and peace.

Early this year, there was an event like this in Mondanao island, Philipines. There was the war had no stopped because of the religious strife(between Catholicism and Islam). Finally, the peace treaty was signed in there.

Philipines government had tried the peace treaty many times, however, opposition forces had struggled as agitating for establishment of a substantive nation, more than 120,000 of people were sacrificed through the dispute.

But, an archbishop of Mindanao heard the world peace movement of a koean peace activists, visited him. He became an envoy of peace, made filipino pleased by leading the peace treaty between two religious leaders.

World people and the presses drew attention to this news.

I hope two groups in Mindanao island keep this peace treaty, form a whole with peace and harmony.

Los juegos de invierno en Sochi , Rusia y El hatmony y la paz en la isla de Mindanao , Filipinas .

Los juegos de invierno en el lema de Sochi realmente tocaron mi corazón. " Caliente, fresco, el suyo"

Cuando Rusia era el país comunista , los juegos de invierno en Moscú se celebró , por lo que le preocupaba mucho. Pero Corea y 67 países estaban ausentes para las pruebas preliminares Afganistán ataque de la Unión Soviética.

Después de 36 años , los juegos de invierno en Sochi fue significativa para la gente de Rusia y del mundo .

Gobierno de Filipinas había tratado el tratado de paz en muchas ocasiones , sin embargo , las fuerzas de la oposición habían luchado como campaña a favor de establecer una nación de fondo , más de 120.000 personas fueron sacrificados a través de la disputa.

Pero , un arzobispo de Mindanao oyó el movimiento mundial de la paz de un koean activistas por la paz , lo visitó . Se convirtió en un enviado de la paz , hecho filipino contentos , llevando el tratado de paz entre dos líderes religiosos.

Gente del mundo y las prensas llamaron la atención sobre esta noticia.

Around The World goes to Sochi, Russia

I though it was kind of north part of Russia, but it's not!
