What is a 'Mosaic society'?
It is a society that
has people from lots of countries; different languages, races, and culture are
in it, and they lives in a sociaty in harmony without losing their own
identities.
Canada was adobted the
multicultural country in a national policy to unify its society in 1971. Since
then, it has been called as the most peaceful country in the world. Later on,
many countries such as U,S, Austrailia, and the countries in Europa adobted the
multiculturalism.
The multiculturalism aims for
coexisting differences of language, culture, and accepting them without making
them one. Canada made it well compare to the other countries and it became to
stand for a Mosaic society.
When you look at a mosaic
close up, you can see many kinds of different mateials and colors but it is so
beautiful and harmonious overall.
Today, we need a solution to
make peace not only in a county but in the world. What would be a soulution? I
would like you to think about it.
One
thing I am sure about it that we will have peace when we all disire it and
figure out better ways.
